Respected Sir,
I have been informed that the basement in my apartment complex is non-fsi area. But the builder has locked the space claiming rights over the space. I have come to understand through some friends that Non FSI area belongs to all the apartment owners and these areas could be GYM, Generator storage, Electrical Box Room etc which the CMDA provided to all the flat owners as common area. I am very confused now.
Can I request your clarification in the same.
