non issue of appointment letter and exp. certificates

. according to you if they didnt give any appointment latter then how u join there?

madam /  i joined on verbal agreement with principal of that times getting salary by cheques etc.now those liers deceiving and black mailing me /lots of such appointments in the same college 

You were paid salary by cheques.Do you have any joining report

Do you have any circular/office order/notice/official communication by letter /email,in which your name was written.

Do you have any leave record/approval.Do you have any attendance record or duty record of lectures given/circula mentioning your name citing lectures/classes to be taken by you.

The experience certificate is not being given to you for the same reason for which appointment letter was not given by you.

ans. to ur question is yes except 1st n last reason probably is there requirement of a person at junior post n me available as soft target no. now u must also b aware that heads of my institution are also in net of c.b.i.in an investigation drill along with president of medical council of india mr. ketan desai (a multi crore scam)...my bosses are on no.5 n 6 in that list...but this country is heaven for criminals .....thanks for ur advise.....
