non payments of salary

Sir I am Mohammad iliyas khan. I have worked with Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd 6.5 year, I have resign from my post as an accountant in dt 30 June 18 after 10 days notice. from 01 july 18 to till dt I am follow up for my fnf but still not received my fnf or any positive feedback from company. my last basic salary 9250/- kindly suggest me what should I do for take my payment....

Dear querist,

First check with employers what is issue, why they are not releasing your FNF, if your employer is deliberating doing this then send legal notice for calming all the dues.

In case your employers does not comply with notice, complain to labour commissioner this will eventually land to labour court in case labour commissioner unable to settle dispute between you and your employers.
