Sir, i'm working in the govt degree college as a Lecturer (contract). my extention order was delayed 1 month but it was came with the next date of the completion of the tenure. I did all the work including examination, teaching etc during the waiting period (22/02/2011 to 01/04/2011) but my head in not sending my attendence of the said waiting period for the release of salary while other contract lecturer of the other deparment with the same situation got their salary. i did one mistake that when i got my extention order dated 24/03/2011 on 26/03/2011, i made all the signature (22/02/2011 to 26/03/2011) in the faculty attendence register. so please suggest me how and where i can appeal for my salary.
