Hi,
My divorce MFA was admitted in high court in 24 July 2014. I have been waiting for hearing date. But I
am not getting it. The MFA was filed in 2013 october. So there is enormous delay in the getting justice.
I would like to know is there any way to get the speedy justice in high court?
I have got acquitted from fake 498a trial in april 2014 and so eagerly waiting for justice to come to me.
