Not obeying court orders

my father was allotted a plot from government in 1981.(By Assistant Commissioner) plot no 2-11-154.in Lingasugur.District Raichur.Some party put case in 2008 Jmfc court against us but case is disposed due to failure of presenting documents in 2016.we have taken order copy and went muncipal chief officer to transfer out property to our mother .But he is not accepted and we put the case against him in same court and now the judgement came in favour of us but still the chief officer not transfering the property sir .what should i do now..
