Notarised document

If a Notary denies having sold a particular stamp paper or certified a document(it carries his signature and stamp), can the document on stamp paper be considered legally valid? Could it lead to forgery case on the persons who signed the document?

Its not the Notary's job to sell the stamp paper.. If you have sworn an affidavit etc. on a Stamp paper purchased from a Stamp paper Vendor, then the Notary's signature and stamp are valid viz the documentation on the stampaper is totally valid.
