Notery land

you can become a proper owner of the notery land only if the govt decides to change the status of such plots/area. very risky endeavour.

The reason is that , this land may not have link doucments and the land belongs to the govt. I will give you an example: The govt decides to use the land for constructing a market - In that case you will have no choice but to vacate , and you lose your valuable investment.

the land iam planning to purchase is  in a residential area and which is a notery land in that case what are the precautions i need to take.

What are the docs i need to check .what are the risks involved in this scenario. pls let us know .

yes  they have link documents .can i get the land registered on my name .will get LRS and other on this land .
