do you have any paid leaves which you could use??? if not then she can deduct 12 days salary for not reporting to work. regarding security what is it???? do you mean PF???

Further, it is must you should have an appointment letter copy for the record that you are employed by them.

@ Deepika R u fool ? u r working with a company without any appointment letter or proof ( Why ? ). Its very difficult to prove that u r the employee of the company. So in this deduct your salary for 12 days and when you will be back to company ask for appointment letter. You cant join on (01 Aug 2013) so rectify ur date also.

i have joined on 1 Aug 2012 and i am getting my salary by cheque so with that i can prove am a employee of this company.  They are not providing me PF facility but Esic amount has deducted from my salary. And i allready taken the leave for 12 days for exams. Other thing is this that the some amount they are deducting from my salary as security if i will not give them one month notice period than they will not refund it. My question is this am giving them one month notice but in between i need 12 days leave for my exams so is it possible that they will for that 12 days salary and for not completing the notice period also. Even they didnt give me any written agreement or joining as well as appointment letter. than why should i bound to give them one month notice period. it means she is saying she will deduct 24 days salary instead of 12 days

since there is no appointment letter signed by you. then how come they deduct the amount towards security????? and how could you agree for such deductions at the first place. don't you have paid leaves????

you may ask her to adjust 12 days pay from your monthly salary only and not from the security. is she giving you any salary slip for monthly payment made to you????
