hello friend,
i was worked with LIMITED compony in marketing field. As i on probation during my working. my manager force me to resign after 5month. i am ready to give notice period as mention in offer letter for one month, then he refused for the same and told that their is no notice period for probation empoyee and forcefully resigm me and i put resign. Now from my final settlement company is deducting 1 month salary as notice period. So what can i do further to not to deduct money from my final settlement?
