Notice period is mandatory

Dear Members,

our company has entered into a contract with our client wherein we have agreed in writing that Client has the right to terminate the agreement by giving 24 hours notice instead of usually practise of 30 days though client may give 30 days notice also if he want to as this is purely his discretion and client has exercised the same and terminate the contract by giving 24 hours notice.

can this move of the client be challanged, please answer thanks

Generically speaking; No.

Rest is after due examination of the agreement signed and events and inputs, by your own counsel.
