Dear Sir,
I have taken loan taken from indiabulls in 2008, i m payuing instalment, due to my co. has transfer me to gujrat and i m not able to pay balance instalment...... sometime thay call at home abtout intalment on that time i hv paid in cash and inform that collaction guy to i want to close this lo9an ........... but aftyer 4year passe just day b4 y/day one person came to home and given ARREST WARRANT NOTICE ... stating that within 72 Hrs u can pay the entire amount........
Please Guide / Assist wth to do??????
