I am a Central Govt. Employee. I joined this Department after rendering technical resignation from Delhi Govt. with Past service benefits as per CCS (Rules). Now my immediate junior has been promoted with retrospective effect from the date when I was in service in Delhi Govt. Department. My request for retrospective promotion has not yet been considered from the parent department.
