Hello sir, greetings of the day.
As per your query, after being dismissed from IOB bank there are three options for you relating to the National Pension Scheme. If you want, you can remain invested in NPS up to 70 years or can exit from NPS. You can continue to contribute to your NPS account even after your retirement up to 70 years and avail additional tax benefit on the contribution. You can also defer your withdrawal and stay invested in NPS up to 70 years of age. Her you would be provided with three options: you can defer only lump sum withdrawal, defer only Annuity or defer both lump sum as well as Annuity. Or else if you do not wish to continue or defer your NPS account, you can exit from NPS. You can initiate exit request online and as per NPS exit guidelines start receiving pension.
Hope this answered your question
