I require some suggestions about the property allowed to hold in Odisha, India.. By the way, I am Indian citizen and staying in Singapore with Permanent Residency status.. Few year back bought a property (cultivation land) in mothers name and now I intend to transfer in name...I was going through the internet search and got confused...please assist on my below queries,
1. Can I transfer the cultivation land from my mothers name to my name? If yes, then what will be best procedure, by the way of sale, inherited or by the way of donation?
2. This land is not directly connected to the State high way..
