My aunt wants to sell her property in India. She is in states and for personal reasons cant travel to India. In order to sell the property she is executing a PoA to me which will be attested by Indian Consulate and then registered in India.
My question is ..when a sale deed is executed will the seller name be her or
mine. Also she doesnt have a bank account in India, so can I take the sale deed proceeding (DD) in my name?
Please guide me on how sale proceeds happen when a POA is granted
