I have some doubts about NTCs under which residential societies are getting them selves registered (Particularly Gujarat).
(1) Any NTC is registered under which act (Gujarat) ???
(2) NTCs are corrently a valid form of constitution ?
(3) If not then existing NTCs are required to get them selves registered under which act ???
(4) If they are not so upgraded what shall be the effect ???
I would be thankful if anyone can guide on these ....
