Numerous cases of injustices are repolrted in the media daily, with supporting evidences. Why not Judiciary take SUOMOTTO action in all such cases" -  Brilliant. Well said Gandhiji

DEAR ALL PLEASE GO THROUGH THE ABOVE SITE ALSO

v.lakshminarayanan (prop)     18 January 2010

dear members

the question of bias from the judges - this should be taken up by the vigilant lawyers of the party,

if the lawyer feels that the judge is biased in some way because his friend is appearing for one side, naturally he can ask the judge to recluse himself from the bench.

this is happening even in supreme court.

as far as suo mottu cognisance is concerned - yes, some times they do take up such cases especially when their integrity is questioned. otherwise, they are overburdened with docket explosion all the time.  i do not think that judges can take suo mottu action on media reports. all are such reports true and correct?

If the media reports are true or correct its not goin to spoil anything....But if a SCJudgement is wrongly pronounced by the Judge .....Its 'Lord BRAMHA' s writting..Ther is no one here  to change it Like Shiv ji....So Judis must be very cautious and what ever they do wrong will effect the Whole country ppl and there generations .....
