I belong to a poor family of Ambala Haryana. 12 Years back my uncle brings me and my mother for my education in himachal Pradesh. I have only a old house in ambala. My birth certificate is also from Haryana. Only my chacha ji ( Uncle) is living in Ambala.
I am now applying for OBC Certificate in Haryana, Tehsildaar is asking for either voter I card or Ration card that I don't have. I belong to sunaar community which is OBC in haryana and not in Himachal. I don't know what shoud I have to do.
