Obc certificate issue

I am a married woman and i have changed my surname after marriage. I have my OBC certificate of before marriage(with pre-marriage surname). I have marriage registry certificate also. In marriage registry certificate my name format is: Name PresentSurname(PreSurname). My husband belong to general category. May I claim for OBC age relaxation in competitive exams??
