Obc non-creamy layer certificate

You yourself say that your gross annual salary income is Rs. 10,00,000/-  The I.T. deductions should not be taken into account for the purpose of knowing the annual income.

Since your annual income is more than the present limit of Rs. 8 lakhs, you are not entitled for non-creamy layer certificate of OBC.

Even if a person is not employed with the Government, if his annual income is more than Rs. 8 lakhs, he will not be treated as non-creamy layer OBC.

Whether or not you are Gazetted Officer has no relevance to the issue of non-creamy layer OBC.
