Objection on registration of property based on will

Sir,

I belong to hindu family and I have one brother and 3 sisters. My father expired last year and mother is still alive.Father had 2 property registered in his name (not ancestor , bought by him) . Father and Mother made joint WILL stating only I will be beneficiary . WILL is registered . It has clear statements that only I will be owner after thier demise and no one else, both mother father thumb and signs, photo  and two witness (neighbours)thumbs and signs , photos are present.WILL was registered in 2014 and it was father only WILL.

We stay in muzzafar nagar district(Uttar Pradesh) .

I now want to register the property in my name .

(1) Do I have to probate the WILL in probate court (or probate is required in Bombay , Madras , Bengal provience only as I have read online).

(2) I went to registrar office , employee thier said I cannot register property as there is stay on the property by my brother (??) (from query on other post it is clear that WILL can be only challenged in probate, it might be possible that brother has bribed the employee).Brother has filed a civil suit for share of his property.Does due to civil suit , can there be stay on registration of father property. We have not recieved any summon on property dispute case yet.A person from court came to investigate the matter last 2 month back.Just by mere filing a civil suit on property , can a property become disputed.

(3) How should I get property registry in my name , please help .

Thank you.

I think this is your second or third query on same issue.

I would suggest you to fix appointment with local advocate and clear your doubt.
