Hi All,
I am planning to buy a Flat in the Ulsoor area, which comes under the BBMP jurisdication. When I had checked with the Flat seller for the Occpancy certificate, he has mentioned that he will not provide as he has built a penhouse with 1 addln hall and room instead of a terrace in the top floor.
But I am purchasing a flat in the gorund floor will I have any issues if I dont get the Occupancy certificate and please do suggest what alternate thing I need to get from the seller
It is a little urgent and your response would be really helpful.
