HI ! everyone
I have booked a flat in Global city ,Virar (w) in March,2009.Flat was expected to be completed befor july 2011 and possession was to be scheduled in July,2011 but unfortunately i have not got the possession till the date.Everytime when i visit the builders office they answered the same that occupation certificate is in progress and expected in next week although building is ready to use from last eight month.Few purchasers have got the possession in same project in different buildings.
I want to know how much time limit for getting OC if filed properly to the local authority, is there facility for temporary occupation certificate if all is well from builder side?
