office arrival

i am a teacher, sometimes i reach few minutes late to office but the premises gate remain always closed/locked, and i am compelled to return home back. what is its legal status.

He nowhere stated so far that he is from Kashmir.

As long as employee is not suspended he cannot be prevented from joining. But harsher action can be taken.

I already stated that since he is not suspended he cannot be denied joining duty.

I did not give him balank cheque.

He is exercising no bonafide rights by coming late. He is liable for even harsher action(s) by the Principal. If interested he can provoke the Principal for the same.
