Omar Abdullah’s Statement on Kashmir
Omar Obdullah threatens openly the Sovereignty of the India & its Parliament over Kashmir by making statement of separating Kashmir from India if Article 370 of the Constitution is revoked.
is this not a criminal Offence against the State?
Can an FIR be filed against him ?
Please comment in view of the fact that IPC does not extend to Jammu & Kashmir
