Open space rented

Hello All,

Please help me below issue.

I'm from Karnataka State, My father has given open space for rent last 3 years and now 3 yeares has been completed. We are requested them to vacate the place /remove the small shops but they are not ready to vacate the place. Please suggest me how go about this. we want Vacate place.

We have signed bond worth Rs 20.

most Important is they had requested built samall wall in open space place due Inconvenience and same also agreed with us and we agreed just for time being.

Please advise me step by step how I need get my open space land given for rented.

Do you have a rental agreement on rs 20 stamp paper..?

Yes, We have bond paper.

Pl file a suit for eviction against the tenants. Yours case is a civl dispute and the case will be filed in city civil court, if the property is in b'lore or in the respective district court.
