I appreciate your apprehension towards optimism and justice to be given to the common man by the blooming frontiers ,but I could give u a bet that the situations will never change unless the dirty politics in the Indian scenario changes along with a drastic shift in the attitude of the legislators. Please don't take it as a piece of objection or a block of pessimism rather it is me who is penitent that " THE CONSTITUTION SAYS SO AND THE LAW DEMANDS SO ".............................
