Opning email id in the name of friend and sending true facts

Dear friends,

Mr. A creates email id of his friend Mr. B and writes a letter containing true facts about a firm to the Board of Directors of the company which has connection with such firm, The sole intention is to hide his identity.

Who can initiate action?

What are the legal consequences?-whether criminal/civ

Is threre time limit for initiating action?

What if Mr.B says I had opned the account and not Mr. A to save his friend?

Please advise

Hi,

As friend I would like to make a point regarding ur case. U were wrong in opening an email ID in ur friends name, even if ur intentions were good. By doing this u have needlessly dragged ur friend into this case.

U could easily have made an anonymous email id and used the same. U could have mentioned this fact in the letter written by u, along with the reasons for not using ur own email id.

I’m not a lawyer, just a well wisher.

Hope u don’t mind me sharing my views in this regard.

Warm Regards,

Bye
