Opponent not accepting lawyer and court notices.. Not taking

There are other ways of sending notice like

Personal handing over

Send by email

Place notice on front of his door

Send by RPAD or post

you can try any one of this.

1. Hi pil..... as you say opponent not recieved you notice than their simple process if they not recieved notice you must file application in court and show proof as reciept of sent notice you sent him  for notice 

othr you publish them in local news paper as they run in their area like two language like hindi and english 

its accept ast they read notice
