I created a pvt ltd company with my friend 3-4 years back in India. After a short while I came to USA and asked my friend to close the company as the idea did not work out and it was not yielding any returns and I was not interested in keeping it runing. But my friend kept it open and has been running it since then.
Now I just want to resign from the director position and release back all my shares to him or the company.
How can I do this while sitting here in US
What is the procedure and how much time will it take
What will be the overall cost for it.
