Dear experts,
I got an ad interim injunction order on 3.12.21 but not complied as per the orders due to the mistake of clerk under order 39 R.3A except sending the copies of the petition and affidavit .
But the opposition parties filed a memo stating that the petitioner not complied the orders of the court hence vacate the ad -interim order and accordingly the court vacated the ad interim order on 07.03 22.
What is the postion of the petitioners?hence I request the learned experts what to do?
Whether petitioner has to file revision petition in the honrable high court ?
Or give me a suitable advice on this what to do?
