It is the property litigation case. Our lawyer is asking us to give us original property documents. Is it is okay to give original documents to the lawyer. Can we ask an acknowledgement for the documents given.

Lawyer wont do anything with your original documents. Originals will be required to produced in the court, you have to believe because he saves your entire family. You can ask for the acknowledgement.

No acknowdgement is given by an advocate to his client for receiving the original document.. If the client beleives the advocate he may give the docuements. Otherwise it is not possible.
