Dear lawyersclubindia Members
 
 
I am working in Private Limited company as Accountant, one of college also working in the same since in same origination as accounts assistant,  
 
from past 1year he is creating unnecessary nuisance in office, like MD Personal issues discussing with staff, and company financial issues and  Company activates every Daily company information passing to MD wife,
 
 
Every day he is creating unnecessary discussions with car drivers and pantry helpers,
 
Please Advice

Hello Sir,

The problem you are facing with your collegue is very common thing never days. As per my opinion talk to your senior officials regarding this issue and let them decide. You can ask them to change his department or assign him with other office works.
