We have a joint property...I have 2/3rd share & my father has 1/3rd right in the property....
My father states that on property tax papers only his name should reflect..He does not want my name to reflect.
Please advise me the right solution.
Is it OK that only my father's name comes on property tax paper...Will this not create a legal issue for me later on?????
