If father buys a property in the name of his minor son whether son when major becomes automatically the owner of that property?

There has to be a guardian to but property in the name of minor. On acheveing majority the minor automatically becomes the owner of the said property on declaration ratify his ownership when minor.\
Of course the minor should not repudiate the buying on majority.
