Packers and Movers - possible legal action

Hi, I booked my transport from Hyd to Kolkata by a reputed packers and movers and they provided me a date and time by which they will pack and pick up my stuff. On the day they did not and did not answer my phone or emails. I have recordings for a few calls that prove they did not do the promised thing and all registered email conversations, invoices, date or pick up docs etc. Due to them, I had to replan my travel and also chose another vendor at a very short notice. What legal action can I take against the packers and movers?
