I have filed a case on Tenancy Right in Kalyan Court on landlord for not accepting pagadi rent after my father death and the court has accepted my rent on my name. Now I find lot of disturbance on my door someone is urinating and knocks late at night. Iam staying alone and at day I have to go to office.
I have fitted a cctv camera and grabbed video the owner celebrating there sons birthday midnight after 12.00 night. There son friends washing there faces from the first floor and making lot of havoc on the door.
Can I present this Photos and Video to the court?
The landlord had made wrong allegations against me and his advocate has already replied on one of my earlier notices reasons of my bad character for not accepting rent and made false police complaints against me.
Can this video and photos be useful to prove that since last 23 years I had no bad records and all is fabricated only to evacuate me from my premises after my father death?
Will court and the honorable judge merit my case?
