My building owner is not accepting rent after my father death since last one year and now he is asking for my Brothers NOC to accept rent, My three brothers have left the house since last 15 years and are not interested to sign the NOC they all are working in Government and iam financially weak working in a private company. They too want a share and insisting on selling the house.
