Dear Experts,
I am planning to purchase a land with a home in ernakulam district.I have some doubts in recieved documents
1.As per old adharam property type is pandarappatom and where as in latest adharam land type is Jenmom.Both are same?
2.Is pattayam required for pandarappatom or Jenmom lands?
Pattayam document was not available in received documents.I asked the same to landowner and he said it is not required for pandarappatom lands.
I am quite confused about the terminologies .Cod anybody help me to clarify my doubts?
