Parking charges

The Cinema Halls in our Island charge for Parking the vehicles in their premises and also they are not allowing us to take any food with us inside the Cinema Hall. They are having their Food Counter inside the Cinema Hall and charging more from us. Is there any law which prohibits them from charging towards parking of vehicles and from taking food inside the Cinema Halls.
