Is the property self acquired by your father or his ancestral property?

If it is self acquired property he can write a will apprtioning his property as per his wishes. It's better such Will is registered.

Partition deed as the name suggest, is among all the stake holders, none can be excluded.

it is the ancestral property where all the other heirs have singned and mentioned a part of it belongs to my father, and the same way in the other parts my father does not have any authority in theirs, but the issue is can we make it in our fathers name only that part using this partition deed.... plz reply..
