partition of assests

partition is going to be done between father and his sons .And the property is ancestral property. here how should father register the deed so that his share of property is independent from his sons ..so can you please suggest how to write partition deed about the share of father.??

in order to draft the deed all the details of thhe property ,link documents,details of the persons involved and market value certficate n.plan are needed.
