partition suit

my grand father gave ancestral property to his 3 sons through registered partition in year 1968,my mother expired almost 50 years ago,
In 2011 me and my sister filed suit for partition
shall we get property in this suit?
please reply Me respected advocates,?
please suggest me to win the case?

1. Grandfather partitioned his property to his three sons (one of them is your father).

2. Mother died.  WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR FATHER ????

3. IF Father is alive, you are not entitled to claim any property till he his alive.

If the grandfather divided the property among the three sons before 2005 then his daughter's do not get anything from the ancestral. property

On the other hand if the division took place after 2005, then the daughters are also eligible for their share as that of any son.
