Partition suit

I had filed partition suit and it took almost 18 months to survey notice. One minor is also a legal heir and his mother stayed ex-party so court has given a lawyer as court minor guardin and asked that court to file any objections within three months. But the court guardian is not filing any objections and simply taking dates. 3 months have been already passed. What should I do now. I don't have any problem in giving the minor's share. Can I file an affidiate and say I don't have any objections to minor legal share or may I ask court to appoint different court guardian. I am in a different city and I cannot go to the place where the civil court is there. Is it OK if I write a letter to the judge?
