Partition suit

Hi Sir, My Father has two sons. My self and my elder brother. My father purchase 180 sq.yds of land from Srinivas for Rs.72,000/- and it was written on the agreement of sale with Rs.20/- stamp paper and notarized. Due to non availability of Housing Loan in my father's office, the land was registered in my brothers name who is working in LIC and after registration he obtained housing loan from LIC for Rs.3,50,000/- in the year 1997. My brothr marriage was performed in the year 2000. and now he is asking to leave the house as the land was registered on his name. My father is asking my brother to bring the documents so that he can registered the same on two sons. Please help me sir.

From your query , I understand that your brother is the absolute owner of the said property. There is no choice but to convice him to give up rights so that the property can be equally registered between the two brothers.
