Partition Suite

Hello Respected Sir,

I am looking for a list of Partition Suit cases that are solved in the court,

How/where do I search to get details.

Also which section of Law talks about 'Partition Suit'.

I would like to know what kind if issues could arise, in the event that I apply for a Partition Suite on a Property owned by late parents(not ancestral), but now only one legal heir is using the property and not letting other party use it.
