party compromised what to do next?

I place a complaint and they place
return complaint on my brother 354b, 307,and maintaince along with some on family which are false allegations they agreed on compromised what have to do... should a bond paper with compromise letter enaf to produce in court.. are which steps should future I take..

You can file compromise terms in the court.

they are ready to file mutual divorce as under terms we paying permanent alamony but as criminal case filed on us how it will be strick and closed and what agreement should prepared between parties

thanks omprakash sir but I heard that court not accept agreement on criminal case it acceptable only on mc case for criminal cases filed it should sure be on trail to close is that true

thanks om sir my bro not conmendt to murder or rape it's an allegation of wife attempt to murder and used ladies sections like nirbaya 354b to only for revenge and use ladies favour cases on him... I think attempt to murder can come to compromise on trail
