Does a party-in-person needs to notarize affidavit in writ petition while submitting?

Yes, the affidavits supporting the petition shall have to be attested either by Oath Commissioner or Notary Public.

All the affidavits filed by the party in  person have to be attested by a notary public/Commissioner of oaths, whether in writ petition or in any other regular case.
