i'm adopted son of my father.i would like to apply passport.i've my adoptation agreement.my Date of Birth certificate has a original father name.how can i apply?what are the documents required?pls clarify my doubt.

Whether such agreement is registered or it is a simple agreement on stamp paper? The reasons are that certain provisions under the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act have to be complied with.
